Hello, I'm Rannee, the woman behind CustomeRISE Co!
I provide NDIS admin support for alllied health practices across rural, regional and remote Australia. I am an official Zanda Health Partner and I work directly with practice owners on the admin that keeps your caseload running: invoicing, service agreements, therapy budgets, CRM management, client onboarding and waitlist management.
CustomeRISE Co was born from a simple belief: business should support life, not consume it.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been wired for service. Not the transactional kind, but the deeply human kind, the kind that listens, anticipates needs, and makes people feel genuinely supported. Years in customer service taught me how powerful care, patience, and clear communication can be when they’re done properly.
As my successful career progressed, something felt off. The pace was fast. The expectations were high, and behind the scenes, I saw too many capable women drowning in admin, carrying responsibility alone, and sacrificing their wellbeing in the name of “keeping up.”
Then life forced me to slow down and reassess how I worked, what I valued and what kind of business I actually wanted to build. What felt like a setback became clarity.
I didn’t want hustle. I wanted purpose. I didn’t want chaos. I wanted calm.
Living rurally, homeschooling my children, and building a business from the quiet surroundings of the Wollondilly Shire have reshaped how I view leadership. Out here, you learn quickly that rushing rarely leads to better outcomes. Thoughtful systems, steady effort, and care always last longer. That philosophy became the foundation of CustomeRISE Co.
Today, I proudly support rural, regional and remote allied health practices by taking the admin and customer service off their plate. I don't outsource pieces of it, and I don't pass you between people. You work directly with me. Real support happens when there's a real connection to the day-to-day of your practice.
