CustomeRISE Co was born from a simple belief: business should support life, not consume it.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been wired for service. Not the transactional kind, but the deeply human kind, the kind that listens, anticipates needs, and makes people feel genuinely supported. Years in customer service taught me how powerful care, patience, and clear communication can be when they’re done properly.

As my successful career progressed, something felt off.

The pace was fast. The expectations were high, and behind the scenes, I saw too many capable women drowning in admin, carrying responsibility alone, and sacrificing their wellbeing in the name of “keeping up.”

Then life forced me to slow down.​
Burnout and health challenges took away my ability to push through the way I once had. I had to reassess everything, how I worked, what I valued, and what kind of life I wanted for my family. What felt like a setback became clarity.

I didn’t want hustle.
I wanted purpose.
I didn’t want chaos.
I wanted calm.

Living rurally, homeschooling my children, and building a business from the quiet surroundings of the Wollondilly Shire have reshaped how I view leadership. Out here, you learn quickly that rushing rarely leads to better outcomes. Thoughtful systems, steady effort, and care always last longer.
